Copyright and takedown
Last updated: 7 October 2026
If you own the copyright in something that appears on onairintro.app, such as a photograph, text, audio or video, and you want it removed or credited differently, email admin@onairintro.app with the details below. We'll look at every notice promptly and remove material that infringes.
What this covers
This page applies to content published on onairintro.app by Jet27 Labs LTD ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. That includes the story videos and pages, the images used in them, and any other material on the site. Our stories use short spoken narration and illustrations. Where we show photographs, we credit the source on the page or in the post where we can. If a credit is wrong or missing, tell us.
The On Air app plays music through Apple Music. We don't host or distribute any recordings, and this page doesn't cover music played through Apple Music. Contact Apple or the relevant rights holder for those.
How to send a notice
Email admin@onairintro.app with the subject "Copyright takedown notice" and include:
- The work you say is infringed, described clearly enough for us to identify it. A link to the original is ideal.
- The material you want removed, with the exact URL on onairintro.app where it appears.
- Your contact details: name, postal address, email address and a phone number if you have one.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
These are the elements US law asks for in a notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). We also accept notices from rights holders elsewhere, including in the UK. If you're unsure, send what you have and we'll ask for anything missing. Please don't send a notice for material you don't own the rights to. Knowingly false notices can have legal consequences.
What we do
- We aim to acknowledge a notice within two working days.
- If the material appears to infringe, we remove or disable it promptly, and tell you when we have.
- We may pass a copy of your notice to the person responsible for the material, with your contact details, so they can respond.
- If you tell us a credit is wrong or missing, rather than asking for removal, we'll correct it or remove the image, whichever you prefer.
Counter-notices
If you think material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email us at the same address with the subject "Counter-notice". Include the URL of the removed material, your name and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We may forward it to the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material in around 10 to 14 working days unless they tell us they've started court action.
Repeat infringers
We'll stop publishing material from anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright, where we're able to identify them.
Other concerns
If you object to something on the site that isn't a copyright matter, for example a factual error about a person or a song, use the support page.
This page is a plain-language policy. It isn't legal advice, and it doesn't limit any rights you have under the law.
